Absolutely, customers can buy home insurance with other company as their preference, and then please sent us copies of the home insurance documents include with the conditions as following:

1. Regarding the insurance, the tenant have to buy all risk covered for the house as our contract No.7.2 page 2. Otherwise, it is might directly affect your lease contract. 

2. Recipient fines is “Residence Care Company Limited”, please as sign in the home insurance contract, because we are lessor and owner.

3. Buying an incomplete insurance policy may result in the lease revoked.
