Important for your Payment!
We would like to ask you that please kindly send us a copy of your pay-in receipt slip if you paid your invoice, we can not buy the insurance and give you receipt if we do not know that it is your money.
Thus, you will have to bear any risk until insurance can be bought.
In case of any questions please do not hesitate to contact us directly via e-mail.
- We would ask you to pay of our invoices directly through us and please kindly send us a copy of the pay- in receipt slip every time, when you do deposit to our Account. However, if you prefer to involve any third party to pay invoices on your behalf, please kindly make sure that Residence Care Co. Ltd gets the copy pay-in slip for each payment via e-mail to confirm your payment. Otherwise we have to assume that your payment has not been effected yet because we are not able to tell it was YOUR payment.
- Please be aware that this invoice is for lease fee, building and land tax, and insurance. The insurance can only be bought by us AFTER we have received the insurance-money. If this payment is delayed, there will be no insurance cover for your house and you will have to bear any risk until insurance can be bought. We would therefore kindly ask you to pay on time of due date.
